DATA PROTECTION - we use your information to support the health, safety and wellbeing of our families. Basic personal information is used for registration, safeguarding, invoicing and is processed by our Directors. We share relevant medical and preference information with team members. It is stored online via our password protected database and invoicing system Quickbooks. Information is not shared with third parties unless there is a safeguarding issue and as per policy can/will be shared with local authority, police and relevant parties with consent and knowledge. Consent is applied if form is completed and given to Edventure. Data will be in possession and protected for seven years or if preferred, deleted on departure of the Tribe.
