We use your information to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of our families. Basic personal details are collected for registration, safeguarding, and invoicing, and are processed securely by our Directors. Relevant medical and preference information is shared only with team members to ensure appropriate care. All data is stored securely online using password-protected systems, including our invoicing platform, QuickBooks. Information is never shared with third parties unless required for safeguarding, and in such cases, relevant authorities (e.g., local authority, police) may be involved with consent and awareness.
By completing and submitting a registration form, you are providing consent for us to use your data as described. We retain records for seven years, or if you prefer, we can delete information upon your departure from The Edventure Tribe. For further questions about how we handle your data, please contact our Directors directly.
